This is how shipping and the trial will work at launch. Orders in this preview are demos, so nothing ships.
Where we ship
The contiguous US: the lower 48 states and DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses yet.
Shipping methods and times
We aim to dispatch every order in 1 business day. Standard shipping is free on every order that contains a mat. It arrives 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Express costs $15 and arrives 2 business days after dispatch.
These times are targets until we choose a carrier. We'll show delivery dates at checkout once they're confirmed.
The trial
You have 60 days from delivery to practice on the mat. The trial covers everything in your order. That's the set you chose, the add-on from checkout and anything you added on the offer page after ordering. You can return used items.
Send back all of it or part of it. Email us within the trial, and we'll send a free return label (contiguous US). Once an item is back with us, we refund it to the original payment method.
We refund each returned item at its share of what you paid. We refund an add-on at the price you paid for it. In a set, we split the set price across its items in proportion to what each costs on its own. Returning one item refunds that item's part of the set price.
If you send back the whole order, we also refund any express shipping you paid.
If it arrives damaged or faulty
Send us a photo within the 60-day trial. We'll replace the item or refund it, and we won't ask for it back.
After the trial, the 2-year limited warranty covers the cork-to-base bond and manufacturing defects in normal use. The 2 years count from delivery. See the limited warranty (draft).
