Lisvana gives this limited warranty to the original purchaser of a Lisvana Cork Yoga Mat. It also applies to anyone the purchaser gives the mat to as a gift. It doesn't promise how long the mat will last.
What it covers
This limited warranty lasts 2 years from delivery. In normal use, it covers the bond between the cork top and the rubber base, and manufacturing defects.
If the cork separates from the base, or the mat has a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace the mat.
What it doesn't cover
Normal wear of the cork surface from use.
Damage from not following the care card. That includes soaking, machine washing, leaving the mat in direct sun or a hot car, and storing it damp.
Cuts, punctures and pet damage.
How to make a claim
Email us at hello@lisvana.example with the order number and a photo of the problem. If the mat was a gift, the order number is on the giver's receipt. If it's covered, we repair or replace the mat at no cost to you.
